1.  Promoting the idea of creative self-development in the Gay community:

                New Wave newsletter, website, open houses, annual conference, list serve,
                advertising, annual celebration, outreach addressing needs of the Gay community,
                speakers bureau.

          2.  Designing Gay-positive activities for Lesbians and Gay men according to 
                CCSD principles:

                Inspiring seasonal retreats four times yearly; monthly life-changing events
                group, drumming and lovefreeing group, and channeling and spiritual support
                group; bimonthly cultural enrichment outings; special events; workshops.

          3.  Nurturing CCSD members in their creative, spiritual, emotional, and
                professional growth:

                Monthly Forum in the Ash Grove with core group and creative self-development
                group preceded by lunch; coaching and training; learning together; studying
                the Principles for Creative Self-Development; community building; list serve
                discussions; social events; friendship; mentoring.

          4.  Being fully present at the unfolding of our lives:

                Love for ourselves and others is a cornerstone of our community: living in the
                moment, pursuing personal and professional fulfillment, sharing our joy,
                celebrating the Gay love style, and honoring the life of the spirit.
